Cote d'Ivoire (or the Ivory Coast) is a small country in French-speaking West Africa. It boasts a tropical climate and has miles of beautiful, untouched beaches. The political capital is Yamoussoukro, although the city of Abidjan is the main economic center. The coast has turned into a playground, lined with resorts for Cote d'Ivoire's French community.

It's 13.8 million person population includes 60 different ethnic groups, including the Baoule, Agni, Bete, Yacouba, Senoufo, and the Mande. Nearly 40% of the country practices Islam, while just under 30% practice Christianity. The remainder practice traditional religions.
